Villain is 42/21/2 over a small sample (~20 hands).

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J/images/graemlins/heart.gif, K/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
UTG raises, 3 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (4.40 SB) 4/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 2.70 BB

Is this standard or is it too weak? I think it may be too weak, but if I play back at him and he calls me or 3 bets me I am lost. If I were to play back at him, I would CR the flop and lead the turn. If he calls the turn bet, what then?

What is the standard line in this spot? Should I have 3 bet PF? Thanks for the help.

This isn't a bad board to make a stand against, but he wasn't a blind stealer. He's an UTG raiser that you don't have any reads on. Move on.
