The only important aspect to this hand, is that you still have chips after it's over.

EDIT: Ok I'll give you some actual advice: if the table seems overly loose go with the 100 raise. Otherwise I like 60-75. Either way, not a huge difference.

With just one person in, I'll go 75 (4 times the BB + 1BB for the caller).
If you had any inkling that people wouldn't come for 100, you could have just mini-raised...but that brings potential problems.
Chalk this one up to 8 other people having crap hands.
