Super Sevens in Black Jack - EV?

First of, I don't know whether Super 7's is a common feature in BJ.
If not, the rules at my local Casino is, that you bet a fixed amount of $1. The payout structure is then:
1 seven - $3
2 unsuited 7's - $50
2 suited 7's - $100
3 unsuited 7's - $500
3 suited 7's - $5000
6 deck of cards are used.

How do I calculate the (negative, I know) EV of that game?
And on a related note, would it be possible to count cards, to make it a +EV game?

It's extremely -EV, although that didn't stop me from getting pissed when I was playing with friends at Foxwoods, did it for fun, forgot to put the $1 in...and then was dealt three 7s. /images/graemlins/frown.gif

http://wizardofodds.com/blackjack/bjapx8.html has the house edge at 11.4% or 12.61%, depending on if you get to look at a 3rd card even if the dealer gets blackjack. I seem to remember him answering a letter about counting in it - it's almost a waste of time given the huge advantage, but it can be done, if I remember correctly.

A good rule of thumb is that if it's offered in a casino pit, it's -EV. If it's something new, it's most likely REALLY -EV, compared to the traditional pit games.
