Seems OK. Calling the turn bet lets MP and SB draw cheaply and BB will be hard-pressed to 3-bet something that doesn't destroy you if you raise.

I would probably take a stab at this flop. I think they all fold 1 in 13 times to a flop bet on a paired board and I'm pretty sure I can fold to a check-raise.
