Under the following circumstances:
European Black Jack:
No hole card
No Surrender
Only double on 8, 9, 10
No re-split aces, and only one card and no black jack

This should give an house edge of 0.62% according to wizardofodds.

I've been told that if you remove 6 5's from a 6-card deck, the odds should change so that the player is actually a slight favorite. Anybody know anything about this?

I know that 5 is the most favorable card for the house, so removing them would favor the player. I don't exactly how many you would have to remove to make a particular game +EV though
