I think I should have folded on the turn and if I do call the turn I should have folded the river, agree, disagree?

I fold both turn and river. Rest is fine. I think some people might advocate betting out on flop, but I like to check and see what happens.

I think you have to bet about 1/2 the pot on the flop to see where you are at. Hopefully you'll take it down right there. If you're called I'd check-fold unimproved. I would not put any more money in the pot.

If someone has a Q, they'll call and probably have you out-kicked and will probably raise on the turn (to your check). Middle pair might call, but I doubt they will raise on the turn or river unimproved.
