View Full Version : Good spot to semibluff? 5/10 6m

SB was a 60/10/1 kind of guy, pretty passive in general. Defended his blinds ferociously as all my opponents seem to do. Is this a good spot to raise the turn or should I just call and try and hit something? Should I fire on the river, I gave up when he called my turn raise and I didn't improve.

Thanks,

So that's a no on the semibluff? And a no on the river bet? I feel like I outthink myself on some of these.

I take the simple approach against opponents like this and beat them by value betting to death. If he's got a very high FtRB, then I'd attempt a bluff, but after he calls your turn raise I think he's usually showing down.
