Do you fold to a check/raise on any street?

pretty standard, imo.

I play the same, and fold to a raise anywhere along that line.

Any merit to checking the turn to induce a river bluff?

Just asking... I play it the same as you.

There are overcards, a gutshot draw, and a flush draw for anyone holding a single spade; when raised, you can confidently fold because you are almost certainly beaten; villain has done nothing that indicates he is anything but a calling station.

This is definitely not a spot to induce a bluff. Not betting the turn is really bad here.
