If so, damn, I wish I had cable.

Will the DVD of all the events be available at some point and how much will it cost me?

ESPN 2005 WSoP Broadcast Schedule (http://www.worldseriesofpoker.com/broadcast.asp)

I wouldn't think that there'd be enough demand for a DVD, but i could be wrong.

Nice to see some of the other events getting good coverage. Anyone know if any of the UK channels will be covering it? (Tournament footage, not Jesse May interviewing someone i've never heard of, or that weird looking irish guy rambling on)

I was serious, but i wasn't thinking.

I dunno, for me, after i see these episodes once, i don't need them again. Also, they're rerun so much, that i certainly wouldn't need them on DVD.

If they came with player commentary, especially from those involved in the hands, then i'd be interested. But, yeah, even without it there'd be demand.

WSOP 2003 is on DVD, and WSOP 2004 should be released in a couple of weeks on DVD. I suspect there will be plenty of demand for both.

There's an audience for everything ... witness Exhibit A

Are you kidding? Right now, poker is so hot that it could take a crap, wrap it in tinfoil, put a couple of fish hooks on it, and sell it to Queen Elizabeth as earings

other events? they're almost exclusively holdem!

i think it's really lame that they're not airing deuce to seven, the shootouts, and O8

Geez, 12 episodes for the main event? Are they going to air the whole damn thing?

How could you be upset about this? It means we're getting 10 hours of non-final table, non knock-out hands.

Oh, I'm not complaining. There isnt enough good poker on TV for me to watch. Just wondering how much poker they'll actually show vs the fluff. My guess is a fair amount of fluff unfortunately.

Speaking of Jesse May, did anyone else think that Shut Up and Deal was written below a 7th grade level?
