Only one icon when rating players?

I have recently switched to NL and therefore imported AndyMcnish' NLring game rules. But players icons aren't showing properly.
Only one icon is apperaring!
Anyone who can help?

the default settings are only to import hands with 7-10 players dealt in.. you're not trying to use them for 6 max are you?

otherwise just make sure that each icon is ticked on the third page and do a complete autorate on your DB - no reason it shouldn't work
