Can anyone tell me the chance of flopping two pair or better with 2 unsuited and unconnected cards?

There are 19,600 flops, once you've seen your cards.

2 of them give you quads
6*2*3 = 36 of them give you a full house
6*2*44 = 528 of them give you a set
3*3*44 = 396 of them give you two pair

That makes 962 flops. 962/19,600 = 0.049 = 4.9%.
