I need Bit Torrent Help

i downloaded a BT of a boxing match last night. problem is, i don't know how to watch it.

here's what i did: 1st, i downloaded a program called "Bit Tornado". i assume this is what i needed to then download a BT, which i did. it took about 5 hours or so to download the match.

so, once the BT is downloaded, how do i watch it?
