I spewed like crazy. Villian is 28/5/1.9 after 98 hands

no worries... no overplaying,... you're fine. i might even consider c/r or a lead on the turn.

This was certainly not an overplayed hand and folding anywhere given this action would be terrible.

my thoughts were just that he had a pfr of 5% and then he 3-bets me pf and raises a Q high flop after I cap it PF. It still worth a call down incase he might be overplaying AQ? After he capped the flop I felt ill.

First, your PT read after 98 hands is not the end-all-be-all. Maybe he ran hot/cold over those hands, maybe he was watching the Spurs game and not paying attention and thus limping, who knows. Its marginally useful information, but don't quote it as "He is xx numbers, he MUST have AA or QQ after a flop cap!"

You didn't overplay at all, and like someone else said, I'd probably give a little more action. I think I prefer a turn lead/call down over c/r and call down, but whatever.

Right, I've used PT for a while but just started with GT+ and I think I'm weighing stats too much. After I posted this the game got to 3 hand and the same guy turned into an uberLAG. I dont think he missed a cap.

What are we trying to do when we 3bet our draw out of position? A guy who is raising 5 of the 100 hands we have on him is betting/raising as much as he can and we are going to bet turn or checkraise turn with A high?

If this isnt overplay I dont know what is.

Folding is unthinkable.

Um, we have a big pair here. Personally, I probably would have just called his flop raise and then c/r the turn, because I like to do that with my big overpairs.
