Hand 1: What the hell am I doing here?

Is anything besides PF ok?

Hand 2: BB is atrocious, and almost all in and has pushed some really weak stuff when almost all in. SB is tight, and passiveish (~ pfr 9) PF but plays more aggressively post flop...where to slow down? I can obviously fold to the river 3-bet but what about before then?

In hand 1 if you judge you are ahead on the turn, you need to assume you are good on the river, and bet.

In hand 2, it is a lot easier if you cap the flop, but it's really hard to believe you're good here. SB's raise on the river is really powerful and you're almost always behind. He may have QQ, but if it's AA or a set you might get away cheaply by capping the flop and folding 2 back to you on the turn. This is assuming both of your opponents aren't postflop maniacs.
