no real reads. the real question is, was i right to be so conservative considering all the pre-flop caps behind me? of course, i was a bit concerned about KK/AA, but was really worried about that river.

Good flop for you. I'd check/call the flop, and check/raise the turn. You should be in good position to do so.

A check/raise on the flop also might work, but then gutshots will have odds to draw out on both streets, since you won't be able to raise the turn, and you won't be check/raising a 3bet by the 3bettor/capper.

Well the original pf capper just folded on the flop, so now you're only worried about the pf 3-bet and the 4bet cc. The cc is probably the most worrisome since he never slowed down.

I wouldn't have slowed down so soon, probably leading out on the turn and calling down from there if raised.

I'd check the flop, and if MP3 was the bettor, raise.
