Party $10+1, 4 players left blinds 100/200. I'm at about 4-5 BB, short stack is on my left at 3 BB, big stack to his left with about 3-4,000, and other guy on my right at about 1,500-2,000. When folded to me in the SB, this is a push regardless of what cards I have, right?

No. I fold some random offsuit cards here. I'm about to push 90% of my hands though.

Is 26o within that 10%? Does it change anything if I have ~8BB before posting while short stack has slightly less than 3.5BB before posting (I went through the HH which probably would have been a better idea before posting the thread)?

Yes. You can be a bit more patient here. BB will likely have a larger than usual calling range because of his short stack and you don't really want to double him up. Even if you fold here, he is going to need to start pushing soon and if he loses, you'll be ITM. However, you want to keep the pressure on him, so I push with anything decent here (top 40% probably).

Yes, and yes. I don't know if I can actually lay a hand down in real life, but if opponent is willing to call any 2, and I've been pushing a lot lately, I think I can fold.
And of course, having more BB is almost always an incentive not to make desperation pushes. Considering opponent also has more chips, I think I can safely fold 62o.
