No-Limit Hold em' Tourney--Need Help

I have played many On-line No Limit Hold em' tourney's. Soon I am about to embark and play my very first "live" tourney which happens to be No Limit hold em'. I would very much like any and all advice you guys/gals can give.

By the way I do have HEPFAP and Tournament Poker For Advanced players. Both of which I have read several times and and I continue to read it.
