I had no read on the guy was new on the table.
I think i had to fold on the turn after he capped the flop and lead out on the turn.
What do you think?

If I calculated it correctly then you have to be good about 17% of the time to call down from the turn. The flop cap makes me think you're best here a lot less than that so I think this is a turn fold even if you factor in your outs.

Include reads next time.
Against a usual 2/4 player. Hands that play this way against you are PP greater than 99, 33 or hand that contains an 8. SB c/r is just silly but damn monkey's here think they are tricky and do this all the time. Just costing themselves money. I think a turn fold would do fine.

It's probably a little less than that because sometimes you'll hit a 9 on the river and sometimes you'll be able to check behind on the river.

SB probably does have trips or better when he caps. But I'd be tempted to call down here.

I'd just call the flop check/raise and raise the turn though. He's coming out betting on the turn almost always here. If he called the turn raise I'm usually value betting the river. If he 3-bets the turn I'll feel OK folding.
