Muck or raise preflop, I think.

To steal the blind? What if i'm re-raised, how does this change my play post-flop?

Most of the time I am folding this on the flop. If you have a solid read on this player and want to make a move on him then I might re raise PF to gain control and bet out the rag flop as you did.

I don't personally care to make moves like this in ring games, as there are much more profitable situations. Its not a bad flop for 33, but you missed your set, you could easily be behind. Lay it down and move on.

If you don't hit a set on the flop, you fold.

and what if he just calls? I'm thinking of opening the betting, but what if I get raised on the flop/turn?

You bet virutally any flop. If he calls again, you usually bet the turn. If he calls after that, then you decide whether to check/call, check/fold, or bet probably based on the board.

I would probably release this hand to a raise on any street.
