This is my first of many posts in MHS. I just made the jump to 10/20 and I look forward to posting.

CO is someone I play with every single day. He's very aggressive (imo, a little too much). Makes alot of plays on the turn.

BB is tight and predictable.

10/20 (6 handed)

I get A /images/graemlins/diamond.gif,A /images/graemlins/club.gif in the SB.
CO opens and I semi-cold call. BB folds.

flop is 8 /images/graemlins/heart.gif,9 /images/graemlins/club.gif,5 /images/graemlins/club.gif (5sb)
I bet, CO calls.

I considered a check/raise but was hoping he would raise and I could stop n go the turn (hoping to 3-bet).

Turn is 3 /images/graemlins/club.gif (3BB)
I bet, CO raises, I 3-bet, CO caps.

river is J /images/graemlins/spade.gif (11BB)

bet or check/call?

bet and call a raise vs. an overly agro opponent. if you're opponent is not likely to raise the river on a bluff/1pair (as over agros could) then just check call.

preflop there is no reason to vary your play. what hands do you cold call with there in the sb? you gave up 1-2 sbs preflop and made this OOP hand a touch harder to play. personally, online, i have never once called AA fromt eh sb. agro players also like to take the initiative and that means an extra sb when he caps and you checkraise most flops.

like this one, i c'r here if i happened to call the sb.
