About to start 4+ tableing. I just had a few questions for you experienced multi-tablers

1. When you bust out of one trny, do you start up a new one asap, or do you finish your set then start another set?

2. Do you take notes on players while multi-tableing, and if so, when do you start taking the notes(at what lvl)?

3. I find NL trnys to be very read dependent, how do you manage to play 4+ tables while still accuratly getting reads on the players at your table? Or does this just come with time/experience?

4. if you 8+ table with rakeback, what sites do you play at? Empire, coral, and...?

5. With the problems concerning rakeback at party, do you still multi-table SNG's there?

6. How long do you usually play per day?

7. What time of day do you find to be the best to play?

thanks

1. start one up immediately. much higher $/hr this way
2. sometimes i take notes.. if they dont rape the blinds i make a note of it.
3. time/experience. a lot of math for calling/pushing, not so much reads.
4. all 12 on empire. yay for hax
5. no, never really did
6. too long
7. any time. they all suck.

1. i 8 table, so i play in sets cuz i like the breaks. when i used to 4 table id play continuously

2. i play fairly abc tic tac toe style, so for the most part i dont take notes, especially when i dont see people all that often over and over again, but once i move up a level, i may end up taking a few.

3. see #4

4. right now empire and eurobet

5. no

6. ~6 hrs

7. after midnight on the eastcoast ( 2-5 am est is by far my fav time to play).

1. I start a new one A.S.A.P. It increases the hourly rate, esp. with this new blind structure thats increased the avg. tournament length by 5-6 minutes.

2. I take extensive notes, basically on whose limping with crap, whose not, whose stealing often, etc. Basically it helps me come with a range of hands they are limping with/stealing with.

3. NL Tournaments are very read dependent. Only way to get that is thru time/experience.

4. 10 tabling the $55s right now, might throw in 12 when I get used to 10. Currently get rakeback thru Eurobet, Multipoker, and Empire.

5. Dont multi-table Sngs at Party, but keep an account anyway to play their MTTs.

6. I usually play 7-8 hours per day.

7. Best time to play is probably 10 p.m - 3 a.m. EST.

Sets or continuous, doesn't matter. Whichever is more $/hr works best for you. Playing without rakeback on 8 tables is retarded. I play for two hours cause that gives me lots of $$ and I go find chisk. Doesn't matter when you play, all poker is easy NIGGA

For you who play on eurobet, how do you effectively track your stats? I cant get sngtracker nor pokertracker to work there.

Also, how do you play several empire accounts from the same ip? Dont they log that kind of stuff?

i agree that playing continuously is best, but sometimes when hu/shorthanded in quite a few, i like to wait for the action to die down before starting a new one

disadvantages to sets are you'll be shorthanded in many of them at the same time, if you get unlucky it might really get to you because then you'll be playing 1 fewer game, and starting up 12 at one time is a real pain, but 1 at a time is easy

So its ok to play from same ip with different accounts. Great. But how do you get money in the other accounts? Do you have a certified neteller account for each of your parents as well or is there a more flexible way to do it?

Hmm ok. Is there a "transfer funds" option like in pokerstars or do you have to do it at tables (cant be legal right?)

chisness

pokerstars you can play unlimited tourney tables so theres no need to do this

regardless, there is a transfer option on stars

i was talking about the party skins, where there's also a transfer option, but you actually need 2-3 accounts since you can only do 4 on each

I must be blind but I've never found the transfer option. Guess I'll take a closer look.
