What time can you register for the WSOP events?

I'm thinking of calling in sick and skipping out of work on Wednesday and driving out in the morning from Los Angeles to Vegas for the $1500 event.

What time do I need to get to the Rio to register to make sure that I make the event?

Assuming it's not sold out (and none of the events other than the first have been), you only need to get there early enough to get through the line(s) to the registration windows.

From experience, if you get there by 11:30am, you should be good...
