I am playing 3-6 limit, and using gametime +... I don't use the stats until they hit 100 what is a good sample?

I find them very useful within about 10 hands.

i watch while I am playing... and know that I can have 10 great hands to start, or 10 Avg.... or 10 bad hands... don't you think that is too small

I put the states up right away. Some info is better then none, IMO. I mean if the guy has played his first 15 hands then I'd say 15 hands is a pretty good sample for him. He's a fish and likely a pretty bad one. After a hundred hands, you should generally be able to sift out the very bad from the bad and the bad from the decent.

I think vpip converges pretty fast. 10 hands is certainly not a great sample by any means. but if one guy has seen 1 flop and another guy has seen 5, I use that to determine my line. 100 is kind of overkill I suspect.
edit: if a guy plays his first 3 hands, that's already decent evidence (most of the time).
