No reads so far so asking for best defalult play.
Considering myself as second-best and drawing to 1-to-7.5 is right or wrong here?

Easy fold unless both of them are bordering on insane, which you don't know. Someone has you beat 99% of the time, whether that be AA, KK, TT, QJ, KT, etc. I mean, it got capped on the flop, and bet and raised in front of you on the turn, and you have one pair. Into the muck it goes.

I want to muck here. SB and UTG don't seem to care about your 3-bet. I wouldn't be surprised to see a set.

between the limp-reraise and then SB betting into LRR'r, you don't especially need to do any raising on the flop. try to get through cheap or find a graceful way to exit.
