I am from Lexington. I haved lived in Vegas for the past 2 years but Ill tell you what I can remember. I'm not sure how old you are but it is basically a younger crowd. Solid Platinum is the best strip club, by far.
Some restuarants actually have a good bar scene as the drinks are really cheap. Unlike places like Vegas, people out there actually appreciate being able to go out and spend less than 100 bucks partying.
Downtown there is a good indoor/outdoor bar called cheapside. Around the corner there is a "country" bar called Redmans or something like that has live music and is usaully a good time. The college chicks are beautiful in Lexington and there not all about Louis Vutton purses and wearing Prada sunglasses at night. On Sunday night the Big Blue Martini at one of the hotels across from Rupp arena is the place to be.

There is a casino just outside of louisville, not to terrible of a drive if i remember right. good games.

Louisville is about an hour drive from Lex, and the casino (Caesars, which is actually in southern IN) is about another 15 min or so. They have a decent poker "room" and the games are always EASY! Just look out for Mr. Big Nasty. Let me know if you need directions.
