If you have any interest in physics, you might find this video interesting:

http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/elegant/program.html

It gives a non-technical look at string theory, and how it might one day unify the quantum and the 'real' worlds.

I have to give credit to JGorham for sending me the link. Thanks dude! Very interesting stuff.

Very good movie. You don't have to be particularly intelligent to watch it either (I saw it).

The book's even better and I recommend it or The Fabric of the Cosmos (Greene's newest book, basically the same concepts but even easier to follow) to anyone.

I have it on DVD. I find that Novae tend to get kind of annoying and repetitive. But if you're interested, it's a good place to start, although I think the book is leagues ahead of it.

This movie was amazing and mind boggling. If you want to watch something equally as fascinating, download or buy The Mind's Big Bang.
