For whatever reason, I'm bored and wanted to try out 2/4. It really doesn't seem tough or tricky at all. Besides that, this hand was the most interesting of all I've played so far.

How do you play this hand at 2/4?

I figured the turn would be bet, and I would call down, not missing any money. When it checks through on the turn, I should have bet the river right?

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 4/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 4/images/graemlins/club.gif.
4 folds, Hero calls, 1 fold, Button calls, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 3/images/graemlins/club.gif, 4/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 6/images/graemlins/club.gif (4 players)
SB bets, BB folds, Hero raises, Button 3-bets, SB caps, Hero calls, Button calls.

Turn: (8 BB) 7/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, Button checks.

River: (8 BB) 2/images/graemlins/spade.gif (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, Button checks.

Final Pot: 8 BB

Bet the river.
Scoop the pot.
Repeat as needed.

Dude, how big is the pot, and how many outs do you have to fill up even if you're behind?

I think not betting this turn is giving up a lot of value.

If you get raised, you have 10 outs to a full house or quads. Never mind that your hand might still be good. Folding would be wretched. Call down.

It's an easy call with the boat draw.
Personally I'd check the turn in this hand though because I don't know how often you're getting called by a pair of 6's or 3's, but you're going to get raised by the straight often.
You definitely need to bet the river though.

Come on, you have 10 outs to a boat or better!!!! Of course you call a raise.

Bet the turn. You'll get called by the 6s, maybe not by the 3s, and you'll be raised by a straight. Then you check/call the river and make the straight prove it to you.

why would you fold with outs to a boat?

and yes, bet on both streets and call down to agg.
