ok i didnt steal poker track i paid for it, so what are the most important stats to look at. what should the numbers be? any general info on the stats would be great. i here alot of people talking about vp$ip, maybe someone could elaborate on it. thanks in advance.

The micro-limit sticky has a good run down for all of PT's stats. It's geared toward limit (obviously), but it's a good start regardless.
