Merging PT Mine DBs

Is there a way to merge PTDBs?

I'm curious, because if there is, then I may want to get a friend to help me mine party.

How do people go about doing this?

Well, you could just mine all 6 skins at one time for 24 tables.

That covers 6 max pretty well for me.

Have you tried the "move processed files to this folder when i close the window" under observed hands?

You could just have your friend save the observed HHs to file and send them to you via CD/zip or something and put them in your own DB.

Anyone else have an opinion here?

Open 4 windows in Party, 4 windows in PokerNow, then start the observed hands function in PT.

Very, very easy.

I don't believe there is an easy and convenient way to do this.

say you have 2 ptdbs. one on each computer. on the computer which is not the main one, find the dbs, export them to a file. burn it to a cd, etc, then import it into the comp you want to have playerview on.

There's a workaround for this posted, but I believe it breaks another site in a similar way. It was posted in the last week or so, so it should be searchable to find.

Importing a great number of exported hh's back into a database is a b*tch, to say the very least.
