This was a $20 SNG at PP, anyways it was pretty early on, and I had no read or idea of how the others involved in the hand play.

I am not so concerned that I lost a race, I am more interested in seeing how you all would have played the hand. Also, I was not getting any hands the entire time, and this was the first hand I raised with.

Don't raise PF.
Given you did, you want to be all-in on this flop as you have 6754767 outs. I just open push the flop. It's a large overbet, but its better than getting smooth called and ending up in a sh*tty situation on the turn. If you're confident someone else will bet the flop for you, C/R all-in.

You can just fold this hand preflop, but if you are going to play it, you should limp. Raising another 35 chips is just terrible, what is the point of that? I agree with pushing the flop as well.

if you are playing this hand raising to 75 is fine, bet much bigger on the flop as previously stated, open pushing is fine.

Guys, I am folding this 95% percent of the time at this stage, unless I have already racked up some chips. Is this wrong. /images/graemlins/confused.gif

I agree, but favor the check/push by enough that I would pretty much always check and risk him checking behind. I think. I think you can still play the hand pretty well if it is checked through on the flop.

ps. I fold preflop. If my stack is big I might limp. I would never raise here in a SNG.
