Why?
Can I fix it anyway?

I've installed it and been running it for a few days, but it's still not "working" correctly. Is there something I need to do? I've browsed the help files but haven't found anything on the subject...

Since you loaded the patch, at this point you should probably post the exact problem you're having over at the PT Holdem Support forum or send an email to support@pokertracker.com
