This isn't a standard fold at all. It's 6 handed, and you have the 4th best hand in poker. Unless you've played a lot with this guy, there's no way you can know how tight his raising standards are. Easy push here. What are you hoping for? AA?

I guess if your read on him was super super tight you could just call, but all in 95% of the time. fold 0% of the time.
If you knows his raising range from UTG is JJ+, AK+ then you can fold.

I guess if you know the guy personally and you know this is all he will raise with, but I cant see myself ever folding this in a $22, I must suck or something.

If he has a good read on the raiser, I don't believe that this is an easy push. With the right read and the relative chip positions at the table, I don't hate the fold. If the raiser has been especially tight, I could fold here especially since I still have 14 BB.
I'm probably in the minority on this one though.
FWIW, I like folding more than calling...

Even being a tight player I think his range would be about 88+, AJ+. If he has AQ/AK and calls, this isn't terrible because you're a 55% fave and if you win this are essentially guaranteed money. I say push regardless of player.

Please explain why you would think that folding the 4th best hand in holdem is standard?
