Hmmmmmm. Personally I fold. T9s+ and I'd raise, but I don't think you'd be wrong in raising. Calling is bad.

Depending on my mood, and just how awful the limper is postflop (also sometimes those loose passive guys have a thing out for you, where they will call you and only you down with like Q high or better, so that would make a difference), maybe as low as 97s or 87s. Maybe a bit lower if I'm feeling frisky, and I'd probably raise any pair here too.

Also any two offsuit cards T or higher.
