In Theory of Poker Sklansky says that the smaller the ante the more you should tighten up because of the reduced pot odds. Does this apply in no-limit though because of the larger implied pot odds?

It depends a lot upon how they play and how deep the money is. If the money is deep and they will pay you off much too often, then you can play a lot of speculative hands. If there is a lot of raising early and/or the money is shallow, then you must tighten up a lot.
