I don't particularly care for any of your bets here: Not quite sure why you are spashing about in such a small.

Worst case scenario: you show down a terrible hand and get action on your later hands.

Funny hand =P.

I don't mind betting the flop, and I think you have decent fold equity on the turn HU. River is a clarkmeister?

Not that I really agree with the above play, but why is action such a bad thing? If they think you're a moron, and you're not, isn't that a good thing?

I think he means worst case for this hand. Nothing wrong with getting them to play with you when you've got the goods.

Yep. I felt I could pickup the pot on the flop enough to make it worth while. Turn the board paired so I fired a second barrel. And the river is a clarkmeister.

Villain thought forever and ended up folding.

If this were 3-handed on the flop I'd play it the same.

Looks well played to me, if you have 2 opponents. I think that is the case but the converter messed things up.

I'd rather have a little more than zero reads to go after a 3sb pot with such a holding, but I really don't think it was a donkish play. I kinda like it on all streets.

I don't know why anyone says this hand is poorly played. The flop bet is pretty automatic. There was no preflop raise so the pot is small and you have a pair and a backdoor draw. Not betting the flop is really silly. I'm indifferent to the turn bet, but now that it's headsup if you think you can fold the CO 40% of the time I guess it's ok. The river bet is classic Clarkmeister and an excellent play. I can definitely see villain folding a better hand here and not raising with hands that beat you.

Nice hand. Did he call the river with his JT?
