This hand is from the $11+rebuy 25k guaranteed at Stars yesterday. Just got moved to this table, I have yet to pay the BB at this table. So obviously not much in a read here. With my Queens I really was not worried about the reraiser but apparantly he thought I should have folded. FWIW I was pretty sure the caller had better than QQ for some reason but the side pot would give me more than what I started with. I'm already in the top 30 at this point, should I pass up this +EV spot for a more +EV spot?

Reraiser shows AKo, caller in between shows AA.

This is fine with me, a missed four outer and I have 5,000 more chips. I wish I lost like that all of the time. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I was fine with losing here, but this person just kept going on and on about how bad my call was until i turned off my chat just so i could concentrate. It's all about making the right decisions and I know I made it so I'm not mad at myself for calling here.

Ironically I took my chips back with my QQ beat his AA later.

So basically I was just asking how bad my call was and hoping to get responses from some of you experts.

I put the guy who pushed on exactly what he had - why would he push with AA/KK? And if he has AQ or worse I'm even happier - and I expect the caller to have some of his outs at the very least. Even if the caller dominates me I still should call to win the big sidepot.

I call in a heartbeat.

So he was ripping you for getting your money in as a big favorite for the majority of the pot? Let him keep talking and take all of his money. Don't let people bother you when you know you made a good move. Are you supposed to expect this guy to have AA or KK everytime he comes over the top of you?

Those were my thoughts when it came back to me.
