1st hand SB probably had you both with a weak 8 and you just got lucky. Not terribly played.
2nd hand, it's a bad beat by a bad donk, it happens.
3rd hand is straight up tilt. Even the guy with AcTc played the hand slightly better. So in short yes calling down was dumb even donks hit when they only need one card to make a boat

I dunno i felt a strong possibility that i had them both beat. It was still way to expensive to find out. It was a very big mistake just wanted some opinions should i have check/folded the flop even against 1 guy gettin rid of all his nmoney and the second who was playing the same way

What in the world are you doing in that last hand?

i think you were blinded by the fact that you took the pot down with AK, then mad about the bad beat with your set. Chill out even though they are maniacs, they still have two cards in their hand.

In hand 3? Even though you have AK with this board your overs are worth maybe 3 outs and IMO thats being very generous. You know these guys are gonna make you pay heavy no matter what they have, fold to the SB open bet on the flop. Let them have their "fun" and wait till you have a better oportunity and a flop that acctually helps your hand.

My 1st post... /images/graemlins/smile.gif
Here we go. I dont have much to say about the first two hands, I'd probably play them about the same way as you did.
However, on the third hand I would have folded the second I got re-raised on the flop. I often raise the flop to see what happens even when a flop turns me down like that, but when you get a message from two other guys that "hey, i caught at least a piece of the flop", you're in trouble (even if you perceived them as maniacs). With that scary board there's a good chance you're drawing nearly dead, so for me its an easy fold.
The rest of the hand was just awful. /images/graemlins/frown.gif

Hand 1: Looks great.

Hand 2: I'd cap the river too -- if he's a true maniac, you are likely to have his entire range destroyed.

Hand 3: Overplayed. I probably wouldn't raise after the flop gets capped, but it doesn't look like either player is going to let any street go uncapped anyway, and I don't see a fold anywhere except on the river.

No results in the future. =P They cause results-oriented thinking.
