when your game gets rusty...

After taking some time off last weekend to travel and having a busy week this week I haven't got a good streak of hands in for a while now. I played a bit tonight but never really felt comfortable. what do you guys do when you take some time off and it just doesn't feel right to sit at the table? are their certain parts of your game that go first, and thus a certain portion of SSH or hand histories that specifically appeal to you? Just curious.

You said you had a busy week. Is it possible that your mind is on work or something else when you are sitting down at the table? Are you tense about something else and are bringing that to the poker table which is making you feel hesitant or not in the flow of the game? Something about not having your mind in the present moment of the game might be why you feel weird. Did taking time off make you play catch up when you got back?
