Just tell them that you have bigger cojones than they do.

Actually was very surprised the BB didnt curse me out as usual if I do something like this.

Btw, how much do you think a play like this destroys your table image. Or do the two middle stacks have a fairly good idea what pushing range you have anyway?

Did you post this out of amusement, or were you asking for comments? It looks like a pretty clear push to me. If I'm wrong, someone explain?

today these type of hands have killed me i got called later by middle stack with J5s, and the reasoning was last time you moved in you had 74, and another that slipped my memory but amazing stuff.

May be clear to you, but trust me it isnt to everyone.

I guess I don't care about my image that much when I can get 4-1 odds against who knows what that the UTG player has (4-1 assuming the BB folds of course, which they do most of the time).

If BB has a small calling range it is a clear push since both outcomes of the hand are fine with Hero.

But what if BB has seen 60% of flops (which I guess is unlikely at this level). Do you still push here?

BB seemed to be a pretty solid player. This was one of my $109s, I just thought it was funny because it was Q3o, the same hand that inspired the huge debate from about a week ago.

Image really doesn't mean much when the blinds together represent about 1/2 of the 2nd stack at the table.

I will only make a play solely to help my image in very rare occasions or in occasions when the difference between two choices is relatively small or unclear. For instance early on in a tourney I might call from the SB against the BB, understand that they will probably fold too much postflop if I just make some random bet, but I might check it down anyway if I have nothing. This is the kind of thing some people might remember, and it gives up almost nothing if anything at all.

this seems fairly standard to me, but would you push 9,2o here curtains? I'm assuming that you would fold 2,3o in part because of the image thing.

This is definite any two territory.

How ironic that its Q3.

What image does he have to worry about now? The blinds are up at 300/600 jeezus. They are going to be calling with Ax regardless?

I'm assuming that at this level you bump into each other more than one SnG.
