Poker Tracker Registration error

get an error message saying "an invalid registration number was entered, please check the number and try again"

Then it goes on to say that if I have registered poker tracker before on another computer I can't use that product id, but i have never registered poker tracker.

What do I need to do?

I tried posting it on pokertracker forum and sending them an email, but i haven't heard anything back.

Just wait for Pat to email you back. I've reformatted my computer several times, requiring a new code, and it usually takes him no more than a couple of hours to a day max to get a response.
