Bet the river for value.

You dont have any indication that either of your opponents have an Ace. They could have been calling with a variety of hands such as top, middle or bottom pair, a smaller pocket pair or flush or straight draws.

There is no reason to assume the worse, when an A falls on the river. Your hand will probably hold up more than enough times to make betting the river profitable.

being out of possition could we check trying to incude a bluff bet? would we be more likely to get that extra bet then, or are we expecting a caller here? i have trouble deciding when my opponents will fold.

IMO this is too fancy against typical Party .5/1 opponents.

If we're up against one opponent and he's aggressive, we can occasionally check and expect to snap off a bluff. It's going to take one hell of a read for me to not value bet this though.

But, given that we've been the aggressor all the time, most people are really happy to check behind with JTs or QT or 77 here and see a showdown, but they'd love to call.

The best limit hold'em player I've ever seen once said "People like to call. I like to let them."

Bet the river. If your opponents are thinking at the level of most .5/1 players, they put you on overplayed overcards (a big Ace) and are just as scared of that river as you are. You can fold to a raise, but hopefully they'll just call.

I'm betting. Oh, and cut off the action on the river so we don't see it getting checked through.

bet (checking to the ace is seeing monsters, and the ever hated weak tight play)
