Can't know for sure, although if you only call the 3 bet on the flop, then there's a chance one of them is leading into you on the turn. Now MP2 is calling one at a time in this case so he's not going anywhere, although you may lose utg+1 if he faces 2 cold but probably not.. then you're getting 1.5 BB more into the pot. Capping the flop gives away your strength just as much as raising the turn will, the only exception is some opponents may not feel as pot committed to call on the turn.

I think the standard line would be to just call the flop and then raise the turn.. it'll look like you connected with the 7 and no one will believe that.

The way you went with it looks like the ultimate slowplay and now they're compeltely scared of you on the turn and river while the turn raise is more deceptive.
