BB is a calling station and UTG is unknown. How good/ bad/ close is the river fold?

at 5/10 I think that's a close but good fold. at 10/20 I call. it's borderline either way. I think you see a random bluff or flopped middle pair (actually I see middle pair a LOT here) some portion of the time. the 9 pisses me off but I don't see why he'd bet a 9

I think this is worth a call. I have had many many players bet into me in recent situations like this with hands like K3 or K4. The only thing that makes it close is having that calling station to act yet behind you. But he may have just a 5 or even a deuce.

Anyone care to explain what the rest of this thread is about?
