The calldown isn't awful, but I'm wondering what sort of hand induces a LAG to open-limp on the Button. Perhaps a very strong hand. Once the deuce falls on the turn, you have to call down, but show me an ace or spade and I might consider folding if I considered the limp suspicious.

Dare I ask from how many hands these numbers come?

Although others may disagree with this, I think that when you have only a very limited number of hands on someone, and no direct observation of something unusual about their play, it is best to not make a play which will be -EV if that person is a "typical" player.

This looks fine given the read.

Id say it depeneds on your oppenet. If you have seen him raise with a draw eairler you can call down, but if you have seen him just call with draws i'd say your beat. Also if you dont have a read on the guy either way to i'd say fold in most cases.

No, you respect them too much. Against this clown I 3-bet the flop.

Edit: Oh yeah, I bet he has AA in this hand. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I was considering that, but if I get capped that really sucks. The only ideal situation is I take over the hand and can bet the turn, which he might fold too. So I decided I was better off leaving him on the hook.

He showed J6 no draws so MHIG /images/graemlins/cool.gif

Why does it suck? He will cap draws and bluff the river. I want this clown to cap me.

True, Im just saying it sucks because I hold a very vulnerable hand. I must change my poker psych to read "bets in the pot = good vs a donk".
