I had a terrible day today so I went running in the middle of the night. I forgot how good it feels. The trails were deserted, it drizzled a bit and was nice and cool. Although it never solves any problems, being absolutely exhausted always makes them seem less important. In any case I'll be able to sleep tonight.

the feeling after running is one of the best in the world IMO. it's such a high.

that said, i use to run nearly everyday but now I run 2-3 times a week and for rarely longer than 1.5 miles at that. i am just too lazy.

Wow, same thing happened to me when I woke up. Runs + shower = refreshing.
