moved to the table towards end of rebuy and I've paid zero attention because I'm at a FT for a small 100 PL stars tourn with colson. So player reads are lacking, at best.

My thought process is he's not calling a raise on the flop without a set, given how deep we are I'd like to let him fire again on the turn. Given the turn card now I figure it's way ahead way behind and proceed accordingly. Look good?

Without a specific tricky-read on the villain, by the river I'm pretty much discounting his having a FH. At this stage of the tourney I think if you put him all in you are going to be called way more often by good queens and worse straights than by full houses and when you are wrong its far from fatal.....

I think it's less likely he has a set here because most people are raising QQ/JJ/TT preflop (well, I can see people limping w/ JJ or TT here.) And if he did have a set, why is he betting out? Most people, at least in my experience, tend to slowplay or at least C/R the PF raiser in these spots.

Basically, the hands I feel are most likely here at QJ, QT, K9 and 89. When the turn pairs the board you still beat 3 out of 4 -- I feel like you need to raise the turn or river and at least get some more value out of your hand.

I think your line is best, he's betting into you, and a reraise makes you sick. So get to showdown as cheaply as possible. The only hands that beat you won't give you a free showdown on the river, so your line is perfect.
