The default ruleset seems to be the same as in normal PT so it's not very useful is it? What kind of rules do you use? URLs to these rulesets would be greatly appreciated.

You should get the latest PTO patch. There are now separate sample rules for Hi and Hi/Lo. The Hi/Lo rules are L0QTiS's.
