I have fight night (first one) for ps2, i like it alot but want to play the online feature. Unfortunately the first fight night isn't playable online anymore.

I was going to go get fight night round 2 in a couple hours... if.... the lag isn't bad online. When I played madden online the slight lag made the game somewhat annoying.

Thinking of this slight amount of lag while boxing someone makes me cringe.

Anyone tried this game online? How is it?

p.s. I have a cable connection

I've never played an online boxing game. Title bout and fight night manager or whatever it's called were my latest, but those were sims. You don't control the fighters in those. You just either train them, or set up the matchups. You can give your fighter advice or medical attention during a match if you chose that option. The manager one you had to set up the endorsements and everything. It was kinda cool. You own a gym and try and get fighters to bigger purses so you can afford nicer stuff for your gym.

The last console one I played was Contender. Which was ok.

One of the best ones I played live, you basically took control of the hands and arms. You got quite a workout just playing it. After 2 or 3 fights, you were sweating like a pig. I can't remember the name of that one though.

Sweating like a pig from a video game? How did that happen?

I believe he is talkin about this arcade game where you put on a pair of boxing gloves and there are sensors on them where you swing towards the screen. You also have to bob and weave out of the way when you see the opponent on-screen throwing a punch at you.

There are radars or sensors or whatever they are all around the arcade game detecting movement.

Don't know the name of it though either.

Wow, that sounds pretty fun. That's a Dance Dance Revolution that I could get into.
