Thought I'd pass this along. A couple of days ago they put up notices around the WSOP that the first days of the Main Event, 1a, 1b, & 1c (July 7, 8, 9) will start at 11am. For now, this applies only to these dates.
I haven't seen any press releases or any coverage from cardplayer.com or pokerpages.com about this but it is posted as you sign up.
