Fold. You're at best a coinflip, and (of course) have no fold equity. Because of your chipstack, which would be down to about 350 after you lost and posted your SB, you'd pretty much be resigning your tourney life to a coinflip, which I don't much like. Find a better spot in the next orbit where you are the first in, even if it is with worse cards.

I missed this poll the first time.

I voted Call.

cant believe I voted for call, isnt that almost the same situation where you made that horrible call with 22 and almost sucked out against my big (and announced) A6o? Anyways, im starting to think you were right to call even there

Play for first and call.

Then when you bust, just fire up another one.

I voted call. He has to be pretty tight to fold. If you are fairly sure he'll pass up say, KT, then it is a fold.

Just so I understand. . . are all of you guys saying call because a coinflip really isn't THAT bad of a situation when you're shortstacked (i.e., it beats being 40/60 or worse). Or is there some upper level stuff that I don't really (need to) understand (as I play $10s) that is factoring into the decision.

Yes. Also, when the blinds are this large compared to the stacks, the dead money is of extreme importance.

i like a fold here. the only hand you're much of a favorite over is 22. even if he's pushing with some junk like 59, you're a coinflip. as much as i advocate aggression / looseness late, i'd fold this and wouldn't have to put much thought into it at that.

Let's put it this way: it's technically possible there's a guy against whom I'd fold this. There might even be 3 or 4 of them. I just can't think of any offhand.
